Baked Fish A La Mil

  1. Put fish fillets in baking pan.
  2. Saute onion, pepper, garlic and tomatoes with olive oil.
  3. Add basil, parsley, vinegar, soy sauce, wine and bread crumbs to onion and pepper mixture.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Spoon mixture on each fish fillet.
  6. Bake at 375u0b0 until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  7. Top fillets with Feta cheese. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
