Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken(Serves 8)

  1. Wash the chicken pieces in cold running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Mix the salt, pepper and ginger together in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle this mixture onto the chicken parts and rub it in with your fingers.
  4. Lightly sprinkle on the flour or gently shake the chicken parts in a bag containing the flour.
  5. Set the coated chicken pieces on a plate.
