Momma'S Blueberry Selfish Surprise!
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 small pkg. banana cream pudding (instant)
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 pkg. whipped cream
- In large bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and sugar; mix by hand.
- Melt butter; pour butter over mixture.
- Mix until moistened.
- Spread over sides and bottom of 13 x 9-inch oblong cake pan.
- Bake crust at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Beat instant pudding with milk until smooth.
- Add soft cream cheese to pudding mixture.
- Beat 1 1/2 minutes.
- Pour mixture over crust.
- Spread blueberry pie filling over pudding mixture.
- Spread whipped cream over top of blueberries.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
