Green Chillies And Burritos

  1. Boil pork until tender in salt and pepper water.
  2. Cool.
  3. Tear up meat into small pieces.
  4. Put back into water mixture.
  5. Add green chillies, jalapeno pepper, garlic salt, pepper and salt to taste. Simmer.
  6. Add more water, if desired.
  7. Add cornstarch to thicken. Drain meat mixture from the green chillies and put into a bowl. Mash beans.
  8. Grate cheese.
  9. Lay the tortillas down; add meat, beans and cheese, then fold up.
  10. Put in oven until warmed through.
  11. Then, when ready to eat, pour some of the green chilli mixture on top of burritos.
