Dirty Rice Dressing

  1. In one skillet saute ground meat and sausage in 1/4 lb. butter until brown; set aside.
  2. In another skillet saute onions, bell pepper, celery and seasoning in 1/4 lb. butter.
  3. Add other ingredients.
  4. In large pan mix meat mixture and onion mixture together; mixing well.
  5. Use natural gravy from ground meat and sausage to moisten.
  6. Can be made the night before and warm in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
