Aunt Neoma'S Hot Rolls

  1. On top of stove, cook over medium heat the milk, margarine, Crisco, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.
  2. Do not boil; cook just long enough to melt margarine and Crisco.
  3. While this is cooling, mix together the yeast, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. Set this aside.
  5. After cooked ingredients have cooled, add yeast mixture and enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 7 cups).
  6. Before dough gets real stiff, add 3 eggs.
  7. Put in warm place; let rise.
  8. After dough has risen, place on floured surface and work in enough flour so dough is not sticky.
  9. Roll out dough; cut with biscuit cutter or glass and place into greased pan.
  10. Let rise again, then bake at 350u0b0 until brown.
