Taco Pizza
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (optional)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion (optional)
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- green chile (optional)
- 2 chopped tomatoes

- 1 pkg. taco sauce mix
- shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
- Mix Bisquick and water.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle corn meal in pan.
- Wet fingers and pat Bisquick dough into pan. If using refried beans, spread beans on.
- Brown ground beef.
- Add water and seasoning according to directions on back of taco mix. Add onion, tomatoes and green chili.
- Spread beef mixture over beans.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 400u0b0.
- Cut into large, cake-size pieces.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
