Unbelievable Lasagna
- 4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or thinly sliced
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread about 1 cup sauce.
- Arrange a layer of uncooked noodles.
- Top with sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan and sauce.
- Repeat, gently pressing the lasagna pieces into the cheese mixture below.
- End with a final layer of lasagna pieces.
- Pour remaining sauce over the top, making sure all pieces are covered with sauce.
- Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Do not be concerned about the empty spaces at the end of the pan.
- The lasagna will expand during cooking.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 55 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Allow to stand 15 minutes.
- Cut in squares to serve.
