Chocolate Sheath Cake

  1. Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
  2. Combine margarine, oil, baking cocoa and water in saucepan; mix well.
  3. Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Combine buttermilk, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat well.
  5. Add cocoa mixture alternately with flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  7. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan.
  9. Pour frosting over hot cake.
  10. May omit frosting if preferred.
  11. Yield:
  12. 15 servings.
