Easy Turkey Divan
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices turkey (about 12 oz.)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. firm margarine or butter
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Rinse broccoli under running cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
- Heat oven to 400u0b0.
- Grease rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inches.
- Arrange broccoli in dish; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.
- Layer turkey slices on cheese.
- Mix milk, nutmeg and soup; spoon over turkey. Cut margarine into baking mix and 2 tablespoons cheese until crumbly; sprinkle over soup mixture.
- Bake uncovered until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
