Childhood Cheesecake
- for base
- 14 pieces sweet-meal biscuits
- 90 grams unsalted butter
- for filling
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 120 grams caster sugar
- 250 milliliters thickened cream
- 1.5 tablespoons corn flour
- Heat oven to 180u0b0C
- Crush biscuits and melt butter in the microwave
- Press the mixture into a springform cake pan to form the base of your cheesecake. Chill in the fridge while you continue with the filling
- Beat cream cheese and sugar with your electric mixer till smooth
- Take out the springform cake pan from the fridge and pour mixture in. Even the mixture out by shaking the cake pan or using a spatula. Bake at 180u0b0C for 50 minutes. Cake should be brown when ready.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool in their tin for 10 minutes before placing them in the fridge. Cheesecake should be served chilled. And enjoy!
