Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Add oil, molasses, light brown sugar and vanilla.
  4. Beat until smooth and thick.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
  6. Fold in zucchini, raisins and nuts.
