Seafood Fettucini
- 3 lb. shrimp or crawfish
- 3 sticks margarine
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pt. half and half
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 pods garlic or 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 lb. fettucini noodles
- bread crumbs
- Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
- Add parsley, garlic and shrimp or crawfish.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add flour, cream and cheese; simmer 30 minutes.
- Boil and drain pasta while mixture is simmering.
- Add pasta to mixture and pour into casserole.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
