Tuna Casserole
- 8 oz. noodles
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, well drained
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. frozen green peas
- 1/4 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Cook noodles as directed and set aside. In a large casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quarts), combine soup with milk, mixing until smooth.
- Add tuna, peas, onions, salt and pepper.
- Add noodles and mix well.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole.
- If desired, sprinkle paprika over bread crumb mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
