Picante Shrimp 'N Peppers Pasta

  1. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and basil.
  4. Cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp is cooked through and peppers are almost tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and picante sauce. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Add pasta; mix well. Serve with Parmesan cheese and additional picante sauce.
