Holiday Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a large bowl, break bread into small pieces. Add raisins, milk, pineapple, cherries and coconut.
  3. Mix well.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar.
  5. Add eggs, vanilla and food coloring.
  6. Mix well. Add margarine mixture to bread mixture.
  7. Pour into a 3-quart pan.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  10. Serves 10. Contains 200 calories per serving.
