Chocolate Pie
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant pudding (butterscotch, lemon, chocolate, etc.)
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- Melt margarinetn
- casserole
- and
- mix with the next 3 ingredients.
- Pat over
- bottom of dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 12 to 15tinutes.
- Cooltompletely.
- Mix
- powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip; spread on crust and put in refrigerator.
- Mix pudding
- according
- to
- instructions on package, using the
- milk and
- spread.
- Spread
- balance of container of Cool Whip
- over pudding mix. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
