Hannah Bronfman'S No Cook Chocolate Mousse, With Avocado
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup mild honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened natural (not Dutch-process) cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk of your choice (use a non-dairy milk if you'd like to keep this vegan)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- For Serving
- Coconut whipped cream
- Fresh berries
- In a food processor fitted with an "S" blade, pulse the avocados until broken apart.
- Add the honey, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, and salt and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, and whip until a fluffy, mousse-like texture is achieved.
- Fill four individual serving bowls with the mousse and top with the coconut whipped cream and fresh berries.
