Easy Pumpkin Swirl

  1. Grease bottom and sides of 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan; line with wax paper and grease wax paper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat eggs at high speed with mixer until thickened.
  4. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peak forms and sugar dissolves (2 to 4 minutes).
  5. Fold in pumpkin.
  6. Combine biscuit mix and spices; fold into pumpkin mixture and spread evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
