Pasta Salad(With Lemon, Thyme And Prosciutto)

  1. Cook pasta in 4 qt. water with 1 Tbsp. salt, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. Drain again.
  3. Transfer pasta to a shallow serving platter.
  4. Toss with olive oil.
  5. Add lemon peel, lemon juice, thyme, parsley, garlic, Prosciutto, remaining salt, pepper hot sauce and mix thoroughly.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. To serve; garnish with sprigs of thyme. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
