Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 c. real butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 5 c. (cook-quick) rolled oats
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 24 oz. bag chocolate chips
- 12 oz. bag chocolate chunks
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 bag (10 oz. or less) Heath butter-brickle chips
- Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar together.
- Then mix eggs and vanilla.
- Add all other ingredients together.
- Drop by tablespoonful on an ungreased baking sheet, approximately 2-inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes in a 375u0b0 oven.
- Cool on wire racks.
