Grilled Apricot, Honey, And Habanero Pepper Chicken Wings
- 4 lbs of chicken wings 1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic 1 tbsp of lemon pepper salt to taste
- 4 pounds 4 lbs of chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon 1 tbsp fresh ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon 1 tbsp fresh ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- Pinch salt
- Sauce 1 cup apricot preserve or jam 1/2 cup fresh orange juiced 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 habaneros crushed 1/4 cup honey 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup apricot preserve or jam

- Marinate the chicken wings for at least 3 hrs,,
- after 3 hours put them on the grill
- while the chicken is grilling put the sauce on the heat and let it boil about 15 min,
- once the chicken wings are done dip the wings in the sauce and put them back on the grill for about 3 min just so the sauce gets candid on the wings, make sure you have some wet wipes cause this is going to get messy, very very delicious!rnEnjoy!
