Chalupa Dip
- 1 (16 oz.) refried beans
- 1 (9 oz.) bean dip
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 3 large avocados, mashed
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheese, grated
- 1 large tomato
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 large green onions
- black or green olives
- tortilla chips
- Mix together refried beans and bean dip.
- Spread on 9 x 12-inch glass serving or baking dish.
- Then mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and picante sauce and spread over beans.
- Next, mix avocados, salt, pepper and lemon juice and spread over sour cream layer.
- Then sprinkle grated cheese over avocados.
- Layer tomatoes, lettuce and onions over grated cheese.
- If desired, spread more cheese over lettuce and tomato layer.
- Top with sliced olives.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
