Pudding Chip Cookies
- 2 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello instant Vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz pkg Baker's Semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)
- Mix flour with baking soda and baking powder, set aside. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat until smooth and creamy, beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture then stir in chips and nuts.
- (Batter will be stiff.)
- Drop from teaspoons onto greased baking sheets, 2 in. apart.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 8-10 minutes.
- Don't overcook.
- Makes about 7 dozen.
