Shrimp Or Chicken Casserole

  1. Saute in 1 stick of butter, celery, bell pepper, onion, garlic, parsley and green onions.
  2. Add rice and shrimp to vegetables.
  3. Add Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, pimentos and black pepper.
  4. Put in 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
  5. Top with toasted bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
