Sesame Shrimp

  1. Combine dressing, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder in mixing bowl.
  2. Add shrimp, stirring to coat.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In medium skillet, heat about 1/2 cup water to boiling over medium-high heat.
  5. Add vegetables.
  6. Cover and steam for 3 minutes. Add shrimp.
  7. Reduce heat to medium.
  8. Cook, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes, until shrimp are warm and vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain off any excess water.
  9. Top with sesame seed.
  10. Serves 4.
