Quick-Baked Pasta(Family Style)

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Add oil to a frying pan; cook beef and garlic.
  3. Saute until the meat is tender, then drain excess fat.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients, except the cheese for topping and the pasta.
  5. Simmer while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta; mix with the sauce.
  6. Pour into a 3-quart baking dish; top with cheese.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
  8. Serves 6.
