Cocktail Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pepper flakes
- 9 drops of Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 drops of Tabasco sauce
- Mix first 8 ingredients together.
- Shape into 1-inch balls. Place single layer of meatballs on ungreased baking dish.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Place meatballs in 2-quart dish.
- Combine sauce ingredients (next 9 ingredients) and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour longer.
