Stuffed Flounder

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter, add mushrooms and parsley and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and black pepper.
  3. Stir in scallops and crab sticks.
  4. Simmer 7 minutes. Add lemon (wine - optional at this point).
  5. Place 3 flounder fillets on a baking tray and lay stuffing over each, top with remaining fillets.
  6. Bake 15 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
