  1. Mix chocolate pudding and set aside.
  2. Mix vanilla pudding and set aside.
  3. Cream together flour, margarine and chopped pecans. Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
  7. Spread on crust and let stand in refrigerator 10 minutes. Mix puddings and milk together and spread over cream cheese.
  8. Mix vanilla with rest of whipped cream; put on top.
  9. Grate Hershey Bar over top.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
