Low-Fat Baked Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Coat bottom and sides of 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In bowl toss apples in lemon juice.
  4. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  5. Stir to coat apples.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and spread topping over apples.
  7. Bake until top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
  8. Serve with low-fat topping if desired.
