Chicken Bake
- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds, sliced
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain. Saute pepper and onions in margarine, add mushrooms and cook until onions and pepper are tender.
- Combine macaroni, cheese, onion mixture, soup, milk and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Stir in chicken and olives.
- Pour in baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with almonds.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
