Tropical Glazed Turkey Meatballs

  1. Combine ground turkey, 1/4 cup onion, egg substitute and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
  2. Shape into 20 meatballs.
  3. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Heat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
  5. Add meatballs; cook 2 to 4 minutes until browned, turning frequently.
  6. In small bowl, blend pineapple topping, marmalade, remaining 1/4 cup onion and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg.
  7. Add to skillet; stir to coat meatballs.
  8. Reduce heat to low and cover; cook 10 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center and onion is tender.
  9. Makes 5 servings.
