Blender Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 1/2 qt. ripe peeled tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bouillon cubes or 2 tsp. powdered bouillon
- 2 tsp. powdered basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 rounded tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley leaves
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. ground beef (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
- In large blender container, blend tomatoes until smooth.
- Pour some of tomatoes into another container if your blender is small. To half a blender container of pureed tomatoes, add all other ingredients and puree or blend until smooth.
- If you like meat in your spaghetti sauce, brown the beef in a large skillet and drain grease.
- Add other ingredients and simmer until desired consistency.
- Serve over cooked, drained spaghetti.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
