Quesadillas

  1. Place first 6 ingredients in large saucepan with enough water just to cover.
  2. Bring to boil, then lower heat.
  3. Continue cooking until water is reduced.
  4. Remove chicken and shred.
  5. Arrange flour tortillas on a large tray.
  6. Top each tortilla with chicken, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
  7. Top with another flour tortilla. Press gently together.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 until cheese melts.
  9. Do not overbake or they will become hard.
  10. Cut each tortilla into 4 equal pieces.
  11. Top with salsa and serve.
