California Potatoes

  1. Break potatoes into a large bowl.
  2. Mix sour cream, salt, pepper, onions, cheese and soup together.
  3. Mix with potatoes. Pour melted butter into the mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour all into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. Mix the crushed corn flake crumbs and the 1/2 stick of melted butter together and then spread on top of the potatoes.
  6. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
