Mango Yogurt & Granola

  1. In a blender, mix the yogurt, mangoes and honey.
  2. Serve with granola and your choice of fruit.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 325 F.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Add agave nectar and mix well.
  6. Line a cookie sheet or a sheet pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture on the pan.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes, stir the mixture and bake for another 10-15 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  8. Let it cool.
