Zesty Italiano
- 4 to 5 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar chunky Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. seashell macaroni
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 3 fresh zucchini squash
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- Wash and remove fat from chicken breasts.
- Pat chicken dry. Wash and pat dry mushrooms and zucchini.
- Cut zucchini into cubes. Cut mushrooms into chunks.
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in casserole dish.
- Pour spaghetti sauce on top; cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Put zucchini in casserole; mix in with spaghetti sauce.
- Cook another 30 minutes. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
- Remove from oven.
- Serve chicken, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and zucchini over seashell macaroni.
- Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
- Serves 4 to 5 people.
