Stir-Fried Orange Beef Or Chicken

  1. With paring knife or zester, remove peel from oranges in thin strips; set aside.
  2. Section peeled oranges; set aside.
  3. With sharp knife, cut steak into 2-inch wide strips or chicken into 2-inch squares.
  4. In shallow dish, combine meat, 2 tablespoons orange juice, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
  5. Stir to combine; set aside.
