Pam'S Rolls
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 3 c. Gold Medal bread flour
- 3 c. Gold Medal wheat flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. oil
- Mix 1 cup warm water and yeast.
- Mix 1 cup sugar, instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water together.
- Add first mixture to second mixture, then add 1/2 cup oil.
- Mix dry ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
- Work together.
- Pour 4 to 5 Tbsp. oil into big bowl.
- Pour dough into bowl; form into ball coated with the oil. Cover with towel overnight.
- The next morning, punch down dough. Knead on flour surface; cut out rolls and put on greased baking sheet (spray sheet with Pam cooking spray).
- Put oil on top of rolls.
- Allow to rise at least 4 hours.
- Cover with paper towel or regular towel while rising.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Makes about 40 rolls.
