Pam'S Rolls

  1. Mix 1 cup warm water and yeast.
  2. Mix 1 cup sugar, instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water together.
  3. Add first mixture to second mixture, then add 1/2 cup oil.
  4. Mix dry ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
  5. Work together.
  6. Pour 4 to 5 Tbsp. oil into big bowl.
  7. Pour dough into bowl; form into ball coated with the oil. Cover with towel overnight.
  8. The next morning, punch down dough. Knead on flour surface; cut out rolls and put on greased baking sheet (spray sheet with Pam cooking spray).
  9. Put oil on top of rolls.
  10. Allow to rise at least 4 hours.
  11. Cover with paper towel or regular towel while rising.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  13. Makes about 40 rolls.
