Breakfast Pancakes & Spiced Orange Honey

  1. Mix flour and baking powder. Beat eggs with the milk and vanilla.
  2. Combine both mixtures until there are well integrated.rnYou can keep this overnight so you don t have to work so much in the morining ;)
  3. Cook the pancakes in a little pan with some butter until they are golden on both sides.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and heat it until it thickens and gets the consistency you want. You can leave it runny or a little thicker if you like. rnrnWhen it has cooled a little bit, you can pour it into a jar and keep it in the fridge for a week.
  5. Serve pancakes with the warm syrup, powdered sugar and a little bit of cinnamon on top.
