Stir-Fried Beef And Vegetables

  1. Slice steak in 1/4-inch strips.
  2. Put in Ziploc bag.
  3. Combine 1/4 cup water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves and seasoned salt.
  4. Pour over steak and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  5. Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade.
  6. Coat a wok or nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium high heat until hot.
  7. Add steak and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  8. Add broccoli, mushrooms, pepper and onions.
  9. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
  10. Add green beans and fry 1 minute.
  11. Combine cornstarch, marinade and 1 1/2 teaspoons water.
  12. Add to steak mixture.
  13. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and thoroughly heated.
  14. Serve over rice.
