Jo'S Original Super Homemade Chili

  1. Use iron skillet and brown ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and chili powder.
  2. Cover bottom of skillet with salt (no grease).
  3. Stir in sausage, bacon and seasoning mix.
  4. Add sauces, tomatoes and beans.
  5. Stir well, until tomatoes are chunky throughout mixture.
  6. Cook slowly for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Add several slices of American cheese.
  8. Simmer as long as you like. Serve with breaded cheese sticks or crackers.
