Sweet And Sour Meatballs With Rice(About 10 Servings)

  1. Beat eggs in soup and water with fork.
  2. Add ground beef and shape in about 40 meatballs.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients (except rice).
  4. Pour 1/2 mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Brown meatball mixture in 10-inch skillet, about 1/3 at a time. Remove and drain off fat.
  5. Add on top of
  6. sauerkraut in baking dish. Pour remaining sauerkraut mixture over meatballs.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 325u0b0 in oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover, bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
  9. Serve over hot rice.
