Green Enchiladas

  1. Brown beef and onions in skillet.
  2. Add salt and garlic powder. Set this aside.
  3. Heat soup, milk and Velveeta until cheese is melted.
  4. Add onion dip mix, green chiles and chopped pimento.
  5. Set this aside.
  6. Grate the Longhorn cheese and set it aside.
  7. Soften tortillas in hot water (just dip the tortilla in the hot water and take it out quickly or it will come apart.)
