Vegetable Pizza
- 2 cans (8 count) crescent rolls
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. chopped green onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped carrots
- 3/4 c. chopped fresh broccoli
- 3/4 c. chopped fresh cauliflower
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Roll crescent rolls out onto an 11 x 17-inch sheet pan.
- Mash perforations together.
- Bake according to the directions on the can.
- Mix dressing, Miracle Whip, cream cheese and sour cream. Smooth on cooled crust.
- Spread or sprinkle vegetables on top of cheese mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and press vegetables into cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Keep, covered and chill 3 to 4 hours.
- Cut into squares.
