Marinated Steak Salad

  1. Slash fat edges of steak.
  2. Broil 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes.
  3. Turn and broil until done (medium 6 to 9 minutes). Cool.
  4. Cut into thin slices.
  5. Place steak in plastic bag in bowl.
