Spaghetti Salad
- 10 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 8 oz. Italian dressing
- 1 bunch green onions (chop, mix and chill)
- Cook
- your
- favorite
- pasta according to package directions. Don't
- salt.
- Don't
- overcook.
- While
- pasta
- cooks, slice/cut your
- favorite
- salad
- vegetables
- into
- bite-size pieces: cucumbers,
- tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green peppers,
- onions, etc.
- Put vegetables into large bowl; sprinkle with
- dried
- Italian
- salad
- dressing mix (amount is determined by your taste and amount of vegetables).
- Drain and rinse cooked pasta.
- Allow
- to
- cool
- somewhat.
- Add pasta to vegetables; sprinkle with more dried dressing mix.
- Mix well. When ready
- to serve, add bottled Italian salad dressing.
- For a change, add cubed pepperoni, cheese, black olives, etc.
