Hawaiian Cake
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 5 1/2 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c cold milk
- 1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1- 9 oz carton frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c chopped maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/2 c flaked coconut
- Prepared cake mix according to directions.
- Pour into jelly roll pan, 10 x 15 in (greased) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool in pan.
- Blend pudding mix with milk.
- Beat cream cheese into pudding; mix until smooth.
- Stirring by hand, fold in whipping cream into pudding and cheese mixture.
- Spread mixture over top and sides of cooled cake.
- Spread drained pineapple over pudding.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries and coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
