Microwave Shrimp Creole

  1. Place butter, onions, green pepper and garlic in 2-quart glass casserole.
  2. Microwave for about 3 minutes on High or until vegetables are partly cooked.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with glass lid.
  4. Microwave for 5 minutes on reheat (80% power).
  5. Stir, recover and continue cooking for 7 to 11 minutes on reheat (80% power).
  6. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve over hot rice.
